摘要
教师是一种特殊的人力资源。本文分析了21世纪高校人力资源应具备的基本特征和素质要求;阐明了高校人力资源的发展方向;提出了我国高校人力资源培训与开发的具体措施。
This article has analyzed the basic characteristics and quality repuirements in human resources of higher Education and illustrated the direction of development of human resources of higher Education,it has also put forward the measures in the training and exploitation in human resources of higher Education in China.
