不同比例木薯叶粉替代豆粕对嘉积鸭生长性能、屠宰性能和血清生化指标的影响

Effects of Different Proportions of Cassava Leaf Meal Substituting for Soybean Meal on Growth Performance,Slaughter Performance and Serum Biochemical Indicators of Jiaji Duck

摘要 为了降低嘉积鸭饲粮中豆粕使用量,开发新的饲料资源,试验选用360只40日龄健康嘉积鸭母鸭,按照体重相近原则随机分成4组,每组6个重复,每个重复15只鸭。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮基础上分别用6%、12%和18%木薯叶粉部分替代豆粕,各组营养水平一致。试验期30 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,6%和12%木薯叶粉对嘉积鸭终末体重和平均日增重无显著影响(P>0.05),18%木薯叶粉显著降低嘉积鸭终末体重和平均日增重(P<0.05),并显著增加料重比(P<0.05);6%和12%木薯叶粉显著提高嘉积鸭胸肌率(P<0.05),18%木薯叶粉显著降低嘉积鸭腹脂率(P<0.05),6%、12%和18%木薯叶粉显著降低嘉积鸭皮脂率(P<0.05);18%木薯叶粉显著降低嘉积鸭血清天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶活性和尿素含量(P<0.05),12%木薯叶粉显著降低嘉积鸭血清总蛋白含量(P<0.05),6%、12%和18%木薯叶粉显著降低嘉积鸭血清尿酸含量(P<0.05)。研究表明,嘉积鸭饲粮中使用6%~12%木薯叶替代豆粕可行,其中12%木薯叶粉在维持正常生长性能基础上,比6%木薯叶粉具有更高的终末体重和胸肌率,建议作为嘉积鸭饲料中木薯叶粉的适宜添加水平。 To reduce the soybean meal content in the diet of Jiaji duck and develop new feed resources,a total of 360 healthy 40-day-age female Jiaji ducks were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups according to similar body weight,with 6 replicates per group and 15 ducks per replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet,while the experimental groups were fed basal diet supplemented with 6%,12%and 18%cassava leaf meal to partially replace soybean meal,respectively.The nutritional levels of each group were consistent.The trial lasted for 30 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,6%and 12%cassava leaf meal had no significant effect on the final body weight and average daily weight gain(P>0.05),while 18%cassava leaf meal significantly reduced the final body weight and average daily weight gain(P<0.05)and significantly increased the feed to weight ratio(P<0.05).The 6%and 12%cassava leaf meal significantly increased the breast muscle rate(P<0.05).The 18%cassava leaf meal significantly reduced the abdominal fat rate(P<0.05).All three levels of cassava leaf meal(6%,12%and 18%)significantly reduced the subcutaneous fat rate(P<0.05).The 18%cassava leaf meal significantly reduced the activity of aspartate aminotransferase and the content of urea in the serum (P<0.05),the 12%cassava leaf meal significantly reduced the total protein content in the serum(P<0.05),and all three levels of cassava leaf meal significantly reduced the uric acid content in the serum(P<0.05).The results indicated that replacing soybean meal with 6%-12%cassava leaf meal in the diet of Jiaji ducks was feasible.Among them,12%cassava leaf meal had higher final body weight and breast muscle rate than 6%cassava leaf meal on the basis of maintaining normal growth performance,it was recommended as the appropriate addition level of cassava leaf meal in Jiaji duck.
