摘要
在畜牧业生产领域,益生菌常被用作饲料添加剂以改善动物的生产性能和免疫性能。益生菌可调节动物肠道菌群、预防疾病,是良好的抗生素替代品。以枯草芽孢杆菌为代表的益生菌受到了广泛关注,再结合固态发酵技术发酵饲料使得饲料的品质得以提高。文章介绍了枯草芽孢杆菌及固态发酵技术,概述了枯草芽孢杆菌在固态发酵饲料中的作用及其在动物生产中的应用。最后,总结了枯草芽孢杆菌在固态发酵饲料中的发展前景及相关建议,以期为枯草芽孢杆菌在发酵饲料的生产上提供参考。
In the field of animal husbandry production,probiotics are often used as feed additives to improve the production performance and immunity of animals.Probiotics are good substitutes for antibiotics,which can regulate intestinal flora and prevent diseases.Bacillus subtilis as probiotics has been widely concerned.Bacillus subtilis combined with solid-state fermentation technology can improve the quality of feed.Bacillus subtilis and solid state fermentation technology were introduced by the paper.The function of Bacillus subtilis in solid fermentation feed and its application in animal production were summarized.Finally,the development prospect and suggestions of Bacillus subtilis in solid fermentation feed were summarized.It can provide more theoretical basis so that Bacillus subtilis in the production of fermented feed.
