摘要
微塑料是广泛分布的持久性污染物,严重危害人类健康和生态系统安全,其检测方法的构建对其监管意义重大,日化产品类型繁杂,建立规范的样品前处理程序很有必要。选择代表性的日化产品,评估其微塑料检测前处理相关条件(滤膜、溶剂、溶解温度及溶解时间)。研究发现,玻璃纤维滤膜较其他滤膜更具应用优势;依据日化产品的基体不同可用纯水、有机水溶液、纯有机溶剂为基本溶剂,结合具体成分可用稀盐酸、氢氧化钾溶液助溶,或采取乙醇水溶液和正己烷对未溶解残渣进行进一步溶解;日化产品前处理溶解温度宜在40~60℃,振荡溶解时间宜≥30min。研究为日化产品中微塑料检测前处理程序的规范化提供方案,并为其中微塑料检测方法的标准化提供基础支持和研究思路。
Microplastics are widely distributed persistent pollutants that pose a senious threat to human health and ecosystem security.The construction of detection methods for microplastics is of great regulatory significance.The types of daily chemical products are complex,and it is necessary to establish standardized sample pretreatment proc edures.Select representative daily chemical products and evaluate their pre-treatment conditions for microplastic testing(filter membrane,solvent,dissolution temperature,and dissolution time).Research has found that glass fiber filter membranes have more applic ation advantages than other filter membranes;Depending on the substrate,pure water,organic aqueous solution,and pure organic solvent can be used as the basic solvents.Combined with specific components,dilute hydrochloric acid and potassium hydroxide solution can be used as solubilizers,or ethanol aqueous solution and n-hexane can be used to further dissolve the undissolved residue;The dissolution temperature for pre-treatment of daily chemical products should be between 40~60℃,and the shaking time should be greater than 30 minutes.Provide a solution for the standardization of pre-treatment procedures for microplastic detection in daily chemical products,and provide basic support and research ideas for the standardization of microplastic detection methods.
