高性能水性隔热保温涂料的制备与性能研究

摘要 通过使用水性单组分丙烯酸体系,以二氧化硅气凝胶和中空玻璃微珠为功能性隔热填料,制备了性能良好的水性单组分丙烯酸隔热保温涂料。研究了涂层中不同粒径、堆积密度的填料与导热系数之间的关系,以及涂膜厚度对隔热效果的影响,并测试了该涂层的附着力与耐盐雾性能。结果表明,该涂层导热系数为0.0502 W/(m·K),拉拔附着力为3~4 MPa,耐盐雾性能为500 h。展望未来,该涂层可适用于化工设备等隔热保温领域,在提高能效、环境友好以及性价比方面都具有广阔的市场前景。 A water-based single-component acrylic thermal insulation coatings with high-performance was prepared using a water-based single-component acrylic system with silica aerogel and hollow glass microspheres as functional thermal insulation fillers.The relationship between the thermal conductivity of the coating,the particle size and packing density of the fillers was investigated,as well as the effect of coating thickness on thermal insulation performance.The adhesion and salt spray resistance of the coating were also tested.The results showed that the thermal conductivity of the coating was 0.0502 W/(m·K),the pull-off adhesion was 3-4 MPa,and the salt spray resistance was 500 h.Looking ahead,this coating can be applied to thermal insulation and heat preservation fields such as chemical equipments,and it has broad market prospects in terms of improving energy efficiency,environmental friendliness,and cost-effectiveness.
