摘要
采用生物基活性稀释剂制备了一种环保型水性环氧乳液,考察了不同种类的活性稀释剂对水性环氧乳液和水性环氧底漆漆膜性能的影响。结果表明,由10%的生物基活性稀释剂PLR602A制备的水性环氧乳液综合性能最佳,漆膜的耐水性通过30 d测试,耐盐雾性500 h无异常,涂料中VOCs含量小于20 g/L,可用于低VOCs和高防腐性能要求的轨道交通和工程机械等行业。
An environmentally-friendly waterborne epoxy emulsion was prepared by using bio-based reactive diluents.The effects of different types of reactive diluents on the properties of waterborne epoxy emulsion and waterborne epoxy primer were investigated.The waterborne epoxy emulsion prepared with 10% bio-based reactive diluent PLR602A exhibited the best comprehensive properties.The water resistance of the coating film passed a 30-day test,and the salt spray resistance lasted for 500 hours without any abnormalities.The VOCs content in the coating was less than 20 g/L.It can be used in industries such as rail transit and engineering machinery,which require low VOCs requirements and high corrosion resistance.
