血吸虫病症状环境监测预警信息平台的开发与应用

Development and application of the schistosomiasis symptom and environmental surveillance early warning information platform

摘要 目的构建血吸虫病症状环境监测预警信息平台,实现血吸虫病早期症状上报和可疑环境的监测。方法结合互联网、时空分析、计算机、信息化等多学科技术构建血吸虫病症状环境监测预警信息平台。平台结构由基础信息设置模块、信息登记模块、监测预警模块、数据统计模块等4部分组成,子模块包括登录模块、病症信息登记、症状环境登记记录、在线问诊、监测管理、预警管理、疫情信息发布、健康宣教、数据大屏展示等。在湖南省血吸虫病流行区试运行血吸虫病症状环境监测预警信息平台,评价运行结果。结果血吸虫病症状环境监测预警信息平台可实现对血吸虫病相关疫情数据的统计分类,设置阈值,呈现出可视化界面,同时发布预警信息和公告。该平台已在湖南省血吸虫流行区域的基层医疗机构中广泛测试,简化以往繁琐的层层上报审批流程,实现数据的快速送达、共享。各基层单位上报的数据,上级单位均可实时调取查看,各级审批流程同步进行,从而确保病症信息的时效性,有效降低血吸虫病传播的风险。建立各区域可视化风险等级地图,通过颜色深浅程度的区分,直观展示各区域的疫情程度,根据颜色深浅制定不同级别的防疫方案。2024年岳阳市华容县团洲垸决堤后某部救援人员抗洪抢险中投入该平台试运行使用。用户端可以在网络上实时上报相关症状和周围环境,还可以接收由医生端发出的血吸虫病预防宣教信息。结论血吸虫病症状环境监测信息平台具有较高可行性、准确性及高效性且运行成本低,可应用于血吸虫病疫情信息监测和预警。 Objective To develop a schistosomiasis symptom and environmental surveillance early warning information platform,and provide insights into reporting of early symptoms of schistosomiasis and surveillance of suspected environments.Methods The information platform for syndromic surveillance and forecast of schistosomiasis was created by means of Internet,tempo-spatial analysis,computer and informatization techniques.The structure of the platform was consisted of basic information settings module,information registration module,surveillance and forecast module and data statistical analysis module,and the sub-modules included registration module,disease and symptom information registration,syndromic surveillance registration and record,online consultation,surveillance and management,forecast management,release of epidemic information,health education and data display in large screens.A test run of the information platform for syndromic surveillance and forecast of schistosomiasis was performed in schistosomiasis-endemic foci of Hunan province,and the run results were evaluated.Results The schistosomiasis symptom and environmental surveillance early warning information platform was effective to achieve the statistical analysis of schistosomiasis-associated epidemic data,assign cut-off values,display visualization interface and release forecast information and announcements.The platform had been extensively tested in grassroots medical institutions in the schistosomiasis-epidemic areas of Hunan province,simplifying cumbersome process of reporting and approving layer by layer,and achieving rapid delivery and sharing of data.The data reported by each grassroots unit could be retrieved and viewed in real time by superior unit,and the approval processes at all levels were carried out simultaneously,thus ensuring the timeliness of the information on the disease and effectively reducing the risk of schistosomiasis transmission.A visual risk level map had been established for each region,which intuitively showed the severity of the epidemic in each region by distinguishing the depth of color,and levels of epidemic prevention plans were formulated according to the depth of color.In 2024,this platform was tested during flood relief operations by the armed police in Tuanzhou Yuan,Huarong county and Yueyang city.The user side was able to achieve real-time online report of schistosomiasis-associated symptoms and surrounding environments,and received the schistosomiasis prevention health education information sent by doctors.Conclusion The schistosomiasis symptom and environmental surveillance early warning information platform was highly feasible,accurate and efficient and low in operation costs,which was suitable for the surveillance and forecast of schistosomiasis epidemic information.
