摘要
高水平对外开放有利于中国深度参与全球经济合作,增强国际影响力,提高国际话语权。文章基于2012—2023年中国30个省份的样本数据,考察高水平对外开放对中国式现代化的影响效应及全球创新网络嵌入在其中的中介效应。研究结果表明:高水平对外开放可显著提升中国式现代化发展水平;全球创新网络嵌入是高水平对外开放赋能中国式现代化的重要途径;异质性分析结果表明,高水平对外开放对沿海省份和知识产权保护较强省份的中国式现代化影响效应更显著。因此,要扩大高水平对外开放,探索国际科研合作新模式,加快全球创新网络嵌入,因地制宜共建“一带一路”,为加快实现中国式现代化提供助力。
High-level opening-up to the outside world is conducive to China’s participation in the deep cooperation of the global economy,and to enhancing its international influence and discourse power.Based on the sample data of 30 provinces in China from 2012 to 2023,this paper examines the impact of high-level opening-up on Chinese path to modernization,as well as the mediating effect of global innovation network embedding.The research results go as the following:High-level opening-up can significantly improve the development level of Chinese path to modernization.The embedding of global innovation networks is an important way for high-level opening-up to empower Chinese path to modernization.Heterogeneity analysis results indicate that the impact of high-level opening-up on Chinese path to modernization in coastal provinces and provinces with strong intellectual property protection is more significant.Therefore,it is very necessary to expand high-level opening-up,explore new models for international scientific research cooperation,accelerate the embedding of the global innovation network,jointly build the“Belt and Road Initiative”based on local conditions,and provide assistance for accelerating the realization of Chinese path to modernization.
