摘要
“一带一路”倡议作为中国对外开放的战略举措,推动了全球经济合作的深化,也为中国高职院校的国际化发展提供了前所未有的机遇。当前,高职院校在国际化发展中面临着政策支持体系有待完善、国际合作机制不健全、国际化师资力量不足、文化差异与沟通障碍等诸多困境。因此,从多个维度提出高职院校国际化发展的推进策略,以期推动高职院校在“一带一路”框架下更高质量地实现国际化发展目标。
As the strategic measure of China's opening up,"the Belt and Road"Initiative has promoted the deepening of global eco⁃nomic cooperation and also provided unprecedented opportunities for the internationalization development of higher vocational col⁃leges in China.At present,higher vocational colleges face numerous difficulties in their internationalization efforts,including theneed to improve policy support systems,inadequate international cooperation mechanisms,a lack of international teaching staff,cul⁃tural differences and communication barriers.Based on these conditions,this research proposes promotion strategies for the interna⁃tionalization development of higher vocational colleges from multiple dimensions,aiming to drive these colleges to achieve higher-quality internationalization development goals under the framework of“the Belt and Road”Initiative.
