摘要
通过运用多时点双重差分法,探讨了创新能力和产业结构高级化在智慧城市建设过程中对绿色经济发展的影响。研究发现:智慧城市建设能够促进东北地区绿色经济发展水平,智慧城市建设主要依托产业结构的优化升级及创新能力的持续增强来驱动城市绿色经济的增长。同时,通过异质性分析得出智慧城市建设对绿色经济发展的影响也呈现出显著不同,对于大城市的促进作用更为显著。基于此,提出了扩大智慧城市试点规模、推动各级城市均衡发展、加强智慧型人才队伍的建设等建议。
This study employs a multi-period DID(difference-in-difference)model to examine the influence of innovation capacity and industrial structure advancement on green economic development during smart city construction.This study demonstrates that smart city initiatives propel green economic advancement in Northeast China by leveraging industrial upgrading and continuous innovation reinforcement.Heterogeneity analysis further reveals stronger effects in large cities.Based on these findings,recommendations include expanding smart city pilots,promoting balanced urban development across city tiers,and strengthening specialized talent cultivation.
