摘要
“脑-心-肾-精室”轴理论阐释了肾如何主导男性生殖,并重视脑、心在中医男科疾病中的应用,突出精室失用是男科疾病发病的最终环节,系统阐述了男性不育症、男性性功能障碍以及前列腺疾病等的病因病机,并提出相应的治法方药,补充和丰富了中医男科辨治体系。
The"brain-heart-kidney-essence chamber"axis theory explains how the kidney dominates malereproduction and emphasizes the application of the brain and the heart in the treatment of andrological diseases in traditional Chinese medicine.It highlights that the dysfunction of the essence chamber is the final link in the pathogenesis of andrological diseases.It also systematically expounds the etiology and pathogenesis of male infertility,male sexual dysfunction,prostate diseases,etc.and proposes corresponding treatment methods and prescriptions,supplementing and enriching the diagnostic and therapeutic system of andrology in traditional Chinese medicine.
