摘要
代谢组学作为系统生物学的核心技术之一,近年来在环境科学领域得到了广泛应用,尤其在新污染物的识别和机制研究方面展现了重要潜力。通过高通量分析生物体内代谢产物的变化,代谢组学不仅能够揭示新污染物的暴露信息,还能为其生物效应提供详细的分子级别的证据。该文综述了代谢组学的基础理论、分析技术、数据处理方法及其在环境污染物研究中的具体应用。重点阐述了代谢组学在新污染物检测、特征代谢物发现、毒理机制研究、代谢途径解析和环境风险评估等领域的创新应用,以期为今后环境污染物研究提供系统的代谢组学框架,并为相关政策制定和环境风险管理提供科学依据。
Metabolomics,as one of the core technologies of systems biology,has been widely applied in the field of environ⁃mental science in recent years,especially showing significant potential in the identification and mechanism research of new pollutants.By analyzing changes in metabolic products within organisms through high-throughput methods,metabolomics can not only reveal exposure information of emerging contaminants but also provide detailed molecular-level evidence for their biological effects.This article reviews the basic theories of metabolomics,analytical techniques,data processing methods,and their specific applications in environmental pollutant research.It focuses on the innovative applications of metab⁃olomics in the detection of emerging contaminants,discovery of characteristic metabolites,toxicological mechanism research,metabolic pathway analysis,and environmental risk assessment.This article aims to provide a systematic metabolomic frame⁃work for future environmental pollutant research and to offer a scientific basis for policy-making and environmental risk management.
