三种栽培模式下的冬枣农药残留及其膳食风险评估

Pesticide residues and dietary risk assessment in winter jujubes under three cultivation modes

摘要 为评估露地栽培冬枣、大棚栽培冬枣、套袋处理冬枣中农药的残留量及其膳食风险,在河北冬枣主产区采集冬枣,检测28种农药残留。结果表明,冬枣中农药检出率达80%,其中检出率较高的农药品种为多菌灵、吡唑醚菌酯、苯醚甲环唑、吡虫啉、戊唑醇、噻虫嗪、高效氯氟氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯。这8种农药在不同栽培模式冬枣中的残留量从高到低依次为露地栽培冬枣>大棚栽培冬枣>套袋处理冬枣,露地栽培冬枣中多菌灵、吡唑醚菌酯、苯醚甲环唑、戊唑醇噻虫嗪、高效氯氟氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯的残留量显著高于套袋处理冬枣(P<0.05),在套袋处理冬枣中未检测出高效氯氟氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯。冬枣中农药的慢性膳食风险(%ADI)为0.002%~1.190%,同时急性膳食风险(%ARfD)为0.022%~14.800%,总体风险较低。本研究根据最大残留限量估计值(eMRL)提出毒死蜱、多菌灵、甲基硫菌灵、苯醚甲环唑、高效氯氟氰菊酯、联苯菊酯、氯氰菊酯、戊唑醇这8种农药的最大残留限量建议值(RMRL),并建议将多菌灵的最大残留限量(MRL鲜枣)修订至2 mg/kg。 To assess the pesticide residues and dietary risks in winter jujubes cultivated under open-field conditions,in greenhouses,and with bagging treatment,samples were collected from the main winter jujube-producing areas in Hebei province and tested for 28 types of pesticide residues.The results showed that the detection rate of pesticides in winter jujubes was as high as 80%,with the most frequently detected pesticides being carbendazim,pyraclostrobin,difenoconazole,imidacloprid,tebuconazole,thiamethoxam,lambda-cyhalothrin and cypermethrin.The residue levels of these eight pesticides in winter jujubes under different cultivation modes,from highest to lowest,were as follows:open-field cultivation>greenhouse cultivation>bagging treatment.The residues of carbendazim,pyraclostrobin,difenoconazole,tebuconazole,thiamethoxam,lambda-cyhalothrin and cypermethrin in open-field winter jujubes were significantly higher than those in bagged winter jujubes(P<0.05).Lambda-cyhalothrin and cypermethrin were not detected in bagged winter jujubes.The chronic dietary risk(%ADI)of pesticides in winter jujubes ranged from 0.002%to 1.190%,and the acute dietary risk(%ARfD)ranged from 0.022% to 14.800%,indicating an overall low risk.Based on the estimated maximum residue limit(eMRL)values,this study proposed recommended maximum residue limit(RMRL)values for chlorpyrifos,carbendazim,thiophanate-methyl,difenoconazole,lambda-cyhalothrin,bifenthrin,cypermethrin,and tebuconazole and recommended revising the maximum residue limit(MRL)for carbendazim in fresh winter jujubes to 2 mg/kg.
