摘要
传统射孔作业设计流程繁琐,且存在射孔枪设计重复性工作量大、枪串设计与器材链未建立链接、研发与作业效率低等难题,为了提高射孔作业工作效率以及提升全流程数字化程度,以油气井用射孔枪为点、枪串为线、射孔作业与企业管理为面,搭建了射孔作业全流程数字化平台。文章详细阐述了该平台从设计、构建到应用的全过程,并实现了串联射孔器材设计、质量管理、枪串设计、库房管理、射孔施工作业全流程的管理。其中,射孔枪设计与质量管理系统兼顾了特征驱动建模和案例推理的技术优势;射孔枪串设计与器材链管理系统应用最大覆盖率理论,实现了射孔枪串自动设计、器材动态管理和智能辅助运营决策;射孔枪设计系统知识库能够自动提取射孔枪模块化特征,新型案例不断充实知识库,形成知识的良性循环。该平台投入应用之后,实现了射孔枪在线自动设计,显著缩短了产品研发周期,将一套图纸的平均设计时间由7 d缩短为3 h,同时满足了射孔枪串设计与运营决策管理的数字化交互需求,提高了企业的运营效率。
The traditional perforating operation design process is cumbersome,and there are many problems in the perforating gun design method,such as heavy repetitive workload,no link between gun string design and equipment chain,and low efficiency of research and development and operation.In order to improve the efficiency of perforating operation and enhance the digitization degree of the whole process,a digital platform for the whole process of perforating operation is built with perforating gun for oil and gas wells as the point,gun string as the line,perforating operation and enterprise management as the plane.This paper expounds the whole process of the platform from design,construction to application,and realizes the management of the whole process of series perforation equipment design,quality management,gun string design,warehouse management and perforation construction operation.Among them,the perforating gun design and quality management system take into account the technical advantages of Feature Driven Modeling and case-based reasoning;the perforating gun string design and equipment chain management system applies the maximum coverage theory to realize the automatic design of perforating gun string,dynamic management of equipment and intelligent assisted operation decision-making;the knowledge base of perforating gun design system can automatically extract the modular characteristics of perforating gun,and new cases continue to enrich the knowledge base,forming a virtuous circle of knowledge.After the platform was put into application,the online automatic design of perforating gun was realized,which significantly shortened the product development cycle,shortened the average design time of a set of drawings from 7 days to 3 hours,and met the digital interactive requirements of perforating gun string design and operation decision management,and improved the operation efficiency of enterprises.
