摘要
介绍了现有射孔枪高温高压检测系统的原理构造、检验流程和装置现状,调研了油田现场特别是塔里木油田、西南油气田等区块的超高温高压射孔枪的使用情况,并对国内外几家测试服务公司的相关技术指标进行了对标比较。针对现有装置的不足提出了技术改造方案,对试验装置的密封方式进行了重新设计,为检测业务的开展和规模化推广应用创造条件。关于未来发展方向提出了提升检验指标,增加检验项目,实现自动化、智能化、多样化的设想,不断发展和完善射孔枪耐温耐压检测技术。
The paper introduces the principle structure,inspection process and equipment status of the high temperature and high pressure detection system for the existing perforating gun.The use of perforating guns under ultra HTHP in oilfield application,especially in Tarim and southwest oil and gas field was investigated.The relevant technical indexes of several testing service companies at home and abroad were compared.In view of the deficiency of the existing equipment,the technical reform scheme is put forward,especially the redesign of the sealing mode of the test equipment,which creates the condition for the development and the large scale popularization of the test operation.Improving test index,increasing the test items and idea of realizing the automation,intelligence and diversification are put forward for the future development direction,so as to develop and improve the test technology of perforating guns with temperature and pressure resistance.
