摘要
目的:基于数据挖掘技术分析中医药治疗乳腺癌相关抑郁(BCRD)的用药规律。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据(Wanfang Data)、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)等数据库近10年发表的关于中医药治疗BCRD的文献,将检索得到的中药复方在Microsoft Excel 2021中建立BCRD中药复方原始数据库,应用SPSS Modeler18.0、SPSS Statistics 27.0、Cytoscape 3.9.1软件,对中药进行用药频次、性味归经、关联规则分析,筛选出核心药物,并进行可视化处理。结果:共纳入文献46篇,涉及中药112味,用药总频次为487次;中药使用频次排名前5位的为柴胡、白芍、炙甘草、当归、茯苓;药物功效排名前3位的是理气药、补虚药、清热药;药味以苦、甘、辛最常见,药性以寒性药和温性药的使用频次最高,归经以入肝、脾、心经为主。关联规则显示,中药复方治疗BCRD的药物组合有20组,常用药对组合为柴胡-白芍,聚类分析共得到7个聚类组合,核心组方为逍遥散。结论:中医治疗BCRD用药以理气药为主,寒温并用,扶正祛邪,以疏肝理气为基本治法,辅以补益心脾、清热散结,治疗中注重形神俱调。
Objective:To analyze the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of breast cancer-related depression(BCRD)based on data mining technology.Methods:China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Data,Wipro Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP)and other databases were searched for literatures on the treatment of BCRD with traditional Chinese medicine published in the past ten years.The BCRD0x0E䥺Symbol`@@0x0Foriginal database of traditional Chinese medicine compound was established in Microsoft Excel 2021.SPSS Modeler 18.0,SPSS Statistics 27.0,Cytoscape 3.9.1 software were used.The frequency of traditional Chinese medicine,the nature and flavor of traditional Chinese medicine,and the association rules were analyzed,and the core drugs were screened out and visualized.Results:A total of 46 literatures were included in this study,involving 112 Chinese herbs,with a total frequency of 487 times.The top five TCM used frequencies were Radix bupleurum,Radix paeoniae alba,Fried licorice,Angelica sinensis and Poria.The top three drugs were Qi-regulating drugs,vacuum-tonifying drug and heat-clearing drugs.The most common medicinal flavors were bitter,sweet and spicy,the most frequently used medicinal properties were cold and warm,and the main meridians were into the liver,spleen and heart meridians.Association rules showed that there were 20 groups of drug combinations of traditional Chinese medicine compound in the treatment of BCRD,and the common combination was Radix bupleurum-Radix paeoniae alba.A total of 7 cluster combinations were obtained by cluster analysis,and the core combination was Xiaoyao San.Conclusion:In the treatment of BCRD,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is mainly used to regulate qi,and the combination of cold and temperature is used to strengthen the body and eliminate pathogenic factors.The basic treatment is to soothe the liver and regulate Qi,supplemented by tonifying the heart and spleen,clearing heat and dispersing accumulation.
