摘要
伴随着全球数字资源已经成为影响生产力发展的重要生产资料,数字技术及产业合作也成为中日创新合作和交流的重要领域。以全球科技治理、开放式创新等理论为研究基础,立足中国国情及数字技术需求和发展规律,通过分析全球科技合作新趋势、全球知识流动必然性以及中日社会基础性等跨国科技合作发展动因,对中日两国数字技术及产业的发展现状及特点进行凝练,探究中日数字技术及产业合作模式,针对非竞争关系、应对社会课题和数据流通结构构筑等合作发展趋势,为两国未来在数字技术及产业等方面开展中长期战略合作、共建共享数据基础设施、创造创新合作流程和规则等领域提供一定借鉴和参考。
With global digital resources becoming an important means of production that affects productivity development,digital technology and industrial cooperation have also become important areas of innovation cooperation and exchange between China and Japan.Based on theories such as global technology governance and open innovation,and taking into account China's national conditions and the demand and development laws of digital technology,this study analyzes the new trends in global technology cooperation,the inevitability of global knowledge flow,and the fundamental nature of Sino-Japanese society,and summarizes the current development status and characteristics of digital technology and industry between China and Japan.It explores the cooperation models of digital technology and industry between China and Japan,and provides some reference and guidance for the future development of mediumand long-term strategic cooperation,joint construction and sharing of data infrastructure,and creation of innovative cooperation processes and rules in digital technology and industry,targeting non-competitive relationships,response to social issues,and construction of data circulation structures.
