日本人工智能领域专利发展趋势分析:现实阻力与回应策略 被引量:5

Analysis of Patent Development Trends in the Field of Artificial Intelligence in Japan:Realistic Resistance and Response Strategies

摘要 日本人工智能领域的技术和专利在经历了20世纪90年代以及21世纪初期的发展低潮后,借助传统领域既有企业的产业链优势以及“产官学”三位一体的联动模式,自2010年代逐渐起步发展。然而,由于缺乏良好的经济、社会和数据基础,日本人工智能领域的专利发展阻力重重,并在与包括美国、中国、韩国在内的专利头部国家的专利竞赛中差距不断拉大。如何优化人工智能发展的专利布局、突破专利发展面临的阻力,成为日本改善人工智能领域专利发展现状甚至在国家间专利竞赛中实现提升的关键。 After experiencing the low tide of development in the 1990s and early 21st century,the technology and patents in the field of artificial intelligence in Japan have gradually started to develop since the 2010s,leveraging the advantages of existing enterprises in the traditional industry chain and the linkage model of"Industry-Academia-Government".However,due to the lack of a good economic,social,and data foundation,there are numerous obstacles to the development of patents in the field of artificial intelligence in Japan,and the gap between Japan and leading patent countries,including the United States,China,and South Korea,continues to widen in patent competitions.How to optimize the patent layout for the development of artificial intelligence and overcome the obstacles faced by patent development has become the key to improving the current status of patent development in the field of artificial intelligence in Japan and even achieving improvement in international patent competitions.
