摘要
山东某污水处理厂对其处理规模为4×10^(4) m^(3)/d的百乐克工艺进行升级改造,针对项目降低碳源投加量、提升脱氮能力和稳定性的需求,设计新建1组AO布置的纯膜移动床生物膜反应器(MBBR)生物池进行深度脱氮。项目建设完成后,吨水占地仅为0.0074 m^(2)/(m^(3)·d^(-1)),实现集约布置。实际运行效果显示,纯膜MBBR工艺出水TN稳定降至(10.11±1.67)mg/L,脱氮量占生化工艺TN去除总量的75.37%,同时碳氮比(C/N)仅为3.71,单位水量碳源成本降低37.29%,实际投资回收期仅为3.02年,较设计值缩短59.02%。该项目具有占地省、运行稳定和碳源利用率高的优点,可为污水处理厂深度脱氮和降碳升级提供新的解决方案。
The BIOLAK process of a wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 4×10^(4) m^(3)/d in Shandong Province was upgraded and renovated to meet the project’s objectives of reducing carbon source consumption,enhancing denitrification efficiency,and improving operational stability.A new set of AO arranged pure moving bed biofilm reactor(MBBR)was designed and constructed for advanced nitrogen removal.After the completion of the construction,the land occupation per ton of wastewater was reduced to merely 0.0074 m²/(m³·d^(-1)),thereby achieving an intensive and efficient spatial layout.The actual operational results indicated that the total nitrogen(TN)in the effluent from the pure MBBR was stably reduced to(10.11±1.67)mg/L.The nitrogen removal capacity accounted for 75.37%of the TN removal achieved through the biochemical process.Additionally,the carbon to nitrogen ratio(C/N)was as low as 3.71,resulting in a 37.29%reduction in carbon source costs per unit volume of wastewater treated.Furthermore,the actual payback period for the investment was only 3.02 years,which was 59.02%shorter than the design value.This project offers the advantages of minimal land occupation,stable operation,and a high carbon source utilization rate.It can provide a novel solution for the advanced nitrogen removal and carbon reduction upgrades of wastewater treatment plants.
