摘要
郑州市某污水处理厂扩建工程设计规模为50000 m^(3)/d,现有规模为30000 m^(3)/d,其生物处理采用百乐克工艺,深度处理工艺为反应沉淀池-滤布滤池工艺,出水满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级A标准。考虑到该项目无预留扩建用地和保产改造施工的影响因素,深度处理阶段采用磁混凝工艺,在不改变原有运行方式的条件下,将原高效沉淀池改造为磁混凝反应沉淀池工艺。通过改造搅拌设施、增加磁粉投加和回收装置、污泥回流装置、污泥收集装置等措施对现状高效沉淀池进行改造,并对沉淀池底部池体结构进行优化设计,方便含磁污泥的收集。运行结果表明,出水TP平均值0.042 mg/L,SS平均值0.50 mg/L,稳定达到了GB 18918-2002的一级A标准。扩建改造后,磁混凝运行成本约为0.18元/m^(3)水,混凝剂投加量略有增加,并且出水水质优异。
The design capacity of the expansion project of a municipal sewage treatment plant in Zhengzhou is 50000 m^(3)/d,and the current design capacity is 30000 m^(3)/d.Biological treatment adopts the BIOLAK,and the advanced treatment process is Reaction sedimentation tank-Fiber disc filter.The effluent quality is required to meet the first level A criteria in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002).Considering the influence factors of no reserved expansion land and production-guaranteed construction,magnetic coagulation process is adopted in the deep treatment stage.Without changing the original operation mode,the original high-efficiency sedimentation tank is transformed into magnetic coagulation reaction sedimentation tank process.The main modification measures are to replace agitation facilities,increase magnetic powder feeding and recovery units,sludge reflux units,sludge collection units and so on.The structure of bottom tank of original sedimentation tank is optimized to facilitate the collection of magnetic sludge.The actual operation data shows that the average TP and SS of the modified effluent are 0.042 mg/L and 0.50 mg/L respectively,which reach the first level class A in GB 18918-2002 standard stably.After expansion and transformation,the operating cost of magnetic coagulation is about 0.18 yuan per ton water,the dosage of coagulant is increased slightly,and the quality of effluent is excellent.
