摘要
将劳动教育融入医学生培养的全过程是一项系统而复杂的工作,也是新时代对于医学教育提出的新挑战,如何整合高校、家庭和社会各方力量拓宽劳动教育途径成了思考的重点。通过问卷调研、构建指标体系、建立实证模型,考查医学生个性特征和劳动认知,探索医科院校劳动教育的现状和医学生劳动认知的影响因素。研究结果表明,学校教育是发挥家庭教育和社会教育的催化剂,医学院校作为医学生素质教育的主阵地,对大学生能力素质、认知水平的提升产生关键影响。自我教育是激发社会教育功能的内生动力,有效建立起社会教育和自我认知的联结,有助于提升学生的劳动认知水平。
Integrating labor education into the entire process of medical student training is a systematic and complex task,and it is also a new challenge for medical education in the new era.In this organic educational system,how to integrate the strengths of universities,families,and society to broaden the approach of labor education has become a key consideration.Through questionnaire surveys,constructing indicator systems,and establishing empirical models,this article explores the current situation of labor education in medical colleges and universities and the influencing factors of medical students'labor cognition from both qualitative and quantitative perspectives,based on investigating the personality characteristics and labor cognition of medical students.In terms of the influencing mechanism of medical students'labor cognition,the research results show that medical colleges and universities,as the main front of quality education for medical students,have a key impact on the improvement of college students'ability and cognitive level.Self-education is an endogenous driving force that stimulates the function of social education.Only by closely combining social education with self-education can we better exert the educational effects of both.
