摘要
作为中国式现代化的重要组成部分,中国式高等教育现代化对提高我国人口素质、扩大人才红利、培养有理想有担当的社会主义接班人具有重要意义。该文依据高等教育现代化的理论框架,结合高校数字治理实践,以教育信息化、智能化、个性化为依托,充分利用大数据、物联网、云计算和人工智能等数字技术,探讨对本科生导师制的数智化转型路径。在深入分析本科生导师制的发展历程、时代特征、实践逻辑的基础上,该文提出中国式高等教育现代化视角下的本科生导师制数智化转型策略。
As an important component of Chinese-style modernization,the Chinese modernization of higher education plays the key role in improving population quality,enhancing talent dividend,and cultivating qualified successors of Chinese socialism.Under the framework of Chinese modernization of higher education,the application of digital technologies,such as big data,internet of things,cloud computing,and artificial intelligence,has rapidly established the university digital governance,and consequently reshaped educational informationization,intelligent teaching,and education individualization.In this paper,we study the digital-intelligence-transformation of undergraduate tutorial system under university digital governance.With a brief review of development history of undergraduate tutorial system in Chinese universities,we carry on analysis of existing problems in current system.Finally,with application of digital technologies,we propose the digital-intelligence-transformation strategy to solve the existing problems under university digital governance in the context of Chinese-style modernization of higher education.
