航空发动机装配过程中螺栓连接拧紧工艺优化研究

摘要 提出了基于扭矩转角法的螺栓连接拧紧工艺优化方法。该方法在螺栓拧紧时施加起始力矩和固定转角,引入后续螺栓对预紧力的影响,并构建了相应的螺栓拧紧有限元模型。实验表明,优化后螺栓残余预紧力变化区间在[2.63,4.25]之间,分布更加均匀,10 N·m+45°拧紧组合的标准差最小,分别比7 N·m和13 N·m组合小了0.023×10^(4)和0.056×10^(4)。由此可得,研究改进的螺栓拧紧工艺有效减少了螺栓预紧力分散问题,提升发动机的结构稳定性和使用寿命。 Bolting is an important connection method for engineering structures,but there are some problems in the bolting process of aeroengine,such as dispersion of preload and poor stability.Therefore,the optimization method of bolt joint tightening based on torque Angle method is proposed.In this method,the initial torque and fixing Angle of bolt are applied,the influence of subsequent bolts on the pretightening force is introduced,and the corresponding finite element model of bolt tightening is constructed.The experiment shows that the variation range of residual preload of bolts after optimization is between[2.63 and 4.25],and the distribution is more uniform.The standard deviation of 10N·m+45°tightening combination is the smallest,which is 0.023×10^(4) and 0.056×10^(4) lower than that of 7N·m and 13N·m combination,respectively.It can be concluded that the improved bolt tightening technology can effectively reduce the problem of bolt preload dispersion and improve the structural stability and service life of the engine.
