基于单相交-直-交变流器的二次谐振电流抑制控制策略研究

摘要 铁路牵引供电系统通常采用交-直-交拓扑的变流器能量调度装置(energy dispatching equipment,EDE)进行电能质量的治理。由于EDE装置中的单相整流器拓扑结构决定了中间直流电压存在二次脉动,需要增加硬件滤波来抑制二次脉动。当变流器两端存在网压相位差时,能量跨端流动易引发二次谐振电流增大,进而导致主电路发热甚至烧损。为此,文章提出一种主动调节无功功率抑制二次谐振电流的控制策略,其通过限定功率因数变化区间、逐步注入感性无功功率来实现对谐振电流的有效抑制。仿真与实验结果表明,该控制策略可显著削弱二次谐振电流,具有有效性和可行性。 Railway traction power supply systems typically employ energy dispatching equipment(EDE)based on an AC-DCAC topology for power quality management.Due to the single-phase rectifier topology within the EDE,the intermediate DC voltage inherently exhibits secondary ripple,which needs to be suppressed using additional filtering hardware.A phase difference in grid voltages between both ends of a converter can create power flow across these ends,leading to an increase in secondary resonant current.This phenomenon potentially results in overheating or even burnout of the main circuit.To address this issue,this paper proposes a control strategy that supports the active regulation of reactive power to suppress secondary resonant current.By constraining the variation range of the power factor and progressively injecting inductive reactive power,the proposed method effectively mitigates resonant current.Simulation and experimental results demonstrate the validity and feasibility of the proposed strategy in significantly reducing secondary resonant current.
