水提法提取金银花绿原酸的工艺优化

摘要 金银花是中国药食同源植物之一,其绿原酸因抗氧化、抗菌等生物活性而具有重要的健康应用价值。为系统筛选水提法提取金银花中绿原酸的最优工艺,提高原料利用率,通过单因素和正交试验优化水提工艺参数,考察温度(50、60、70、80、90℃)、时间(0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0、2.5 h)及料液比(1∶20、1∶25、1∶30、1∶35、1∶40 g/mL)对提取率的影响。正交试验结果表明,最佳提取条件为温度80℃、时间2.0 h、料液比1︰25 g/mL,且温度对提取率影响最显著,本研究可为金银花绿原酸高效提取、功能食品开发及资源利用提供技术依据。 Lonicera japonica is one of the medicinal and edible plants in China,and its chlorogenic acid has important health application value due to its antioxidant,antibacterial and other biological activities.To systematically screen the optimal process for extracting chlorogenic acid from Lonicera japonica using water extraction method and improve the utilization rate of raw materials.Optimize the water extraction process parameters through single factor and orthogonal experiments,and investigate the effects of temperature(50,60,70,80,90℃),time(0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0,2.5 h),and solid-liquid ratio(1∶20,1∶25,1∶30,1∶35,1∶40 g/mL)on the extraction rate.The results of the orthogonal experiment showed that the optimal extraction conditions were temperature of 80℃,time of 2.0 h,and a solid-liquid ratio of 1∶25 g/mL,and temperature had the most significant effect on the extraction rate.This study can provide technical basis for efficient extraction of chlorogenic acid from Lonicera japonica,development of functional foods,and resource utilization.
