摘要
连铸和轧钢界面技术研究是提高坯料热装率及降低加热炉能源消耗的重点。以某钢新区热轧2050产线为研究对象,应用排队理论,分析连铸-板坯库-加热炉区段不同运输模式,工序装置之间的衔接、匹配涉及连铸轧钢的节奏、轧辊排程、铸坯节奏、铸坯热装等平衡规则。并建立排队系统的数学模型对不同热装要求的铸坯生产组批进行模拟仿真。提出在不同冷热装模式下合理的连铸、热轧排程计划,为热轧产线加快节奏。研究结果表明,热装率由开展初期的56.1%提升至75%,综合煤气消耗降低50立方米/吨钢,实现吨钢成本降低约4.5元,为类似场景提供了应用的理论依据。
Research on interface technology between continuous casting and steel rolling is the focus of improving the hot charging rate of billets and reducing the energy consumption of heating furnaces.Taking the hot rolling 2050 production line of Tangsteel New Area as the research object,the queuing theory is applied to analyze the different transportation modes in the continuous casting-slab warehouse-heating furnace section.The connection and matching between process devices involve the rhythm of continuous casting and rolling,and the arrangement of rolls.Balance rules such as process,billet rhythm,billet hot charging,etc.And establish a mathematical model of the queuing system to simulate the production batches of cast slabs with different hot charging requirements.Propose reasonable continuous casting and hot rolling schedules under different hot and cold charging modes to speed up the pace of the hot rolling production line.Research results show that the hot charging rate has increased from 56.1%in the initial stage to 75%,the comprehensive gas consumption has been reduced by 50 cubic meters per ton of steel,and the cost per ton of steel has been reduced by about 4.5 yuan,which provides a theoretical basis for application in similar scenarios.
