摘要
钢铁行业高质量发展已成为行业共识,而绿色化、智能化则是驱动钢铁工业转型升级、实现高质量发展的重要引擎。冶金流程工程学以冶金制造流程为研究对象,用于指导钢厂动态精准设计、流程结构优化、组织有序高效运行,是推动钢铁绿色化、智能化高质量发展的重要理论支撑。论文回顾了冶金流程工程学的整个发展过程,阐述了其对现代钢铁制造流程功能拓展的推动作用,论证了从工程设计视角贯彻执行冶金流程工程学的重要意义,提出设计是钢铁工程的先导和核心,全面贯彻冶金流程工程学应设计先行的论点。探讨了基于冶金流程工程学的钢铁工程设计的思想和路径,指出工程设计不是孤立地选择新技术,必须克服传统的静态、局部的单体技术设计方法,从动态-协同的总体目标出发,使各单元技术形成一个动态-有序、连续-紧凑的工程整体集成效应。详细介绍了唐钢新区在规划设计阶段,充分运用冶金流程工程学理论,在钢铁工程的顶层设计、制造流程静态结构、动态精准设计、流程网络优化、设计管理等方面的实践,以及通过钢铁整个流程时间-空间-物质-能量-信息五维动态运行甘特图,及早解决影响全流程高效顺行的堵点或限制环节,实现了产线连续紧凑、动态有序和产品质量窄窗口稳定高效运行。
The high-quality development of the steel industry has become an industry consensus,and greening and intelligence are important engines driving the transformation and upgrading of the steel industry and achieving high-quality development.Metallurgical process engineering takes metallurgical manufacturing processes as the research object,and is used to guide the dynamic and precise design,process structure optimization,and organized and efficient operation of steel plants.It is an important theoretical support for promoting the green,intelligent,and high-quality development of steel.The paper reviews the development process of metallurgical process engineering,elaborates on the driving role of metallurgical process engineering in the functional expansion of modern steel manufacturing processes,demonstrates the important significance of implementing metallurgical process engineering from the perspective of engineering design,and proposes that design is the precursor and core of steel engineering,and fully implements the argument that metallurgical process engineering should be designed first.The idea and path of steel engineering design based on metallurgical process engineering were explored,and it was pointed out that engineering design is not an isolated selection of new technologies.It is necessary to overcome traditional static and local individual technology design methods,and start from the overall goal of dynamic collaboration,so that each unit technology forms a dynamic ordered,continuous compact engineering overall integration effect.In the planning and design stage of Tangsteel New Area,the practice of making full use of metallurgical process engineering theory in top-level design of iron and steel engineering,static structure of manufacturing process,dynamic precision design,process network optimization,design management and other aspects was introduced in detail.Through the five dimensional dynamic operation Gantt chart chart of time space matter energy information in the whole process,blocking points or limiting links affecting the efficient and smooth operation of the whole process were found in time.We have achieved continuous and compact production lines,dynamic and orderly operation,and stable and efficient operation with narrow product quality windows.
