Q345R热轧钢带的生产实践

摘要 结合某厂Q345R热轧钢带生产,利用控轧控冷工艺减轻带状组织、提高冲击韧性。结果显示,试验的Q345R含有一定的粒状贝氏体,带状组织1.0级;-40℃纵向冲击剪切断面率≥76.7%、冲击功≥156 J;-40℃横向冲击剪切断面率≥40%、冲击功≥72 J;小块钢板超声波探伤质量等级I;650℃保温60 min退火后16 mm钢板抗拉强度542 MPa,总体性能满足标准要求。表面细小均匀组织对钢板冲击韧性有较好提升效果。为保障温成形后强度满足要求,建议Q345R抗拉强度控制范围为560~620 MPa。 Combining with the production of Q345R hot-rolled steel strip in a factory,TMCP is used to reduce the banded structure and improve the impact toughness.The results showed that the Q345R contained a certain amount of granular bainite and the banded structure was 1.0 grade,longitudinal impact SFA was more than 76.7%,KV2 was more than 156 J at 40℃,transverse impact SFA was more than 40%,KV2 was more than 72 J at 40℃,ultrasonic testing quality grade was I on small steel plates,after annealing at 650℃for 60 minutes,the tensile strength of 16 mm steel plate is 542 MPa.All the test results meet the standard requirements.The fine and uniform surface structure has a improvement effect on the impact toughness of steel plates.To ensure that the strength meets the requirements after warm forming,it is recommended to control the tensile strength of Q345R within the range of 560~620 MPa.
