摘要
突发性聋是一种常见的耳科急症,突发性聋患者听力损失程度分级方法多样,不同听力损失程度突发性聋患者的临床特征,疗效及预后具有差异性。我们基于中国、美国、日本及世界卫生组织的听力损失分级、分型方法以及不同听力损失程度的突发性聋患者临床特征及预后研究现状进行综述,以期对临床诊治有所借鉴。
Sudden sensorineural hearing loss is a common otology emergency.Classification of hearing loss in sudden sensorineural hearing is complex and variable.This article reviews its classification practices in China,the United States and Japan,and recommendations by the World Health Organization(WHO),as well as clinical characteristics and prognosis associated with different degrees of hearing loss,in order to provide a basis to improve clinical diagnosis and treatment.
