摘要
突发性耳聋是耳鼻喉科的常见疾病,也是危害听力的耳科急症,近年来国内外发病率呈逐渐上升趋势,其发病机制目前尚不明确,临床上多给予经验疗法,西医药物治疗主要有糖皮质激素、血管扩张剂、药物溶栓、抗病毒治疗等手段。中医治疗突发性耳聋可参考祖国医学耳聋一病,历代很多医家使用针灸治疗本病具有丰富经验,目前本文就近年来众多学者在针灸为主治疗突聋的研究成果作一综述,以期为突发性聋的中西医结合诊疗提供新的思路。
Sudden deafness is a common disease in otorhinolaryngology, and it is also an otological emergency that endangers hearing. In recent years, the incidence rate at home and abroad has gradually in-creased. Its pathogenesis is not clear at present, and empirical treatment is often given in clinical practice. Western medicine treatments mainly include glucocorticoid, vasodilators, drug thrombo-lysis, antiviral treatment and other means. The treatment of sudden deafness in traditional Chinese medicine can refer to the disease of deafness in traditional Chinese medicine. Many doctors in the past dynasties have rich experience in using acupuncture and moxibustion to treat this disease. At present, this article summarizes the research achievements of many scholars in recent years on acupuncture and moxibustion based treatment of sudden deafness, with a view to providing new ideas for the combined diagnosis and treatment of sudden deafness in traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.
