摘要
                
                    为提升灌缝胶力学性能,文中通过室内试验,系统分析了不同填料类型、填料掺量及增塑剂掺量对道路灌缝胶力学性能的影响。结果表明,对灌缝胶性能影响最佳的填料为轻质CaCO_(3),其断裂伸长率为217.92%、抗拉强度为0.43 MPa。随着填料掺量的增加,轻质CaCO_(3)灌缝胶剪切强度和黏接强度先增后降,确定最佳轻质CaCO_(3)用量为160份。随着增塑剂掺量增加,轻质CaCO_(3)灌缝胶抗拉强度、剪切强度及黏结强度不断降低,当掺量超过90份后,降低幅度开始变缓,故确定增塑剂最佳掺量为90份。
                
                To improve the mechanical properties of joint sealant,in this paper,through indoor experiments,the effects of different fller types,filler dosages and plasticizer dosages on the mechanical properties of road joint sealant were systematically analyzed.The results show that the filler with the best influence on the performance of the joint sealant is lightweight CaCO_(3),with an elongation at break of 217.92%and a tensile strength of O.43 MPa.With the increase of the fller dosage,the shear strength and bonding strength of the lightweight CaCO_(3)joint sealant first increased and then decreased.The optimal dosage of lightweight CaCO_(3)was determined to be 160 parts.As the dosage of plasticizer increases,the tensile strength,shear strength and bonding strength of the lightweight CaCO_(3)joint sealant continuously decrease.When the dosage exceeds 90 parts,the rate of decrease begins to slow down.Therefore,the optimal dosage of plasticizer is determined to be 90 parts.
