摘要
实验研究了不同填料及添加顺序对纸张灰分和不透明度的影响。结果表明:钛白粉在磨浆前添加(灰分4.27%,不透明度81.18%)较磨浆后添加(灰分1.22%,不透明度79.22%)更具优势,其机械分散特性使填料与纤维形成氢键结合,提升留着率。当钛白粉添加量增至80 kg/t时,不透明度可达89.49%,但需警惕灰分激增至7.60%的负面效应。经济性分析显示,在圣经纸生产中钛白粉添加量50 kg/t方案的性价比最优。研究证实,填料类型(钛白粉>轻钙>液钙)、加填工艺(磨浆前添加)与灰分控制策略的协同作用,是优化纸张光学性能的关键。
This experiment investigated the influence of different fillers and addition sequences on the ash content and opacity of paper.The results indicated that adding titanium dioxide before refining(ash content:4.27%,opacity:81.18%)was more advantageous than adding it after refining(ash content:1.22%,opacity:79.22%).Its mechanical dispersion characteristics enabled the filler to form hydrogen-bond combinations with fibers,thereby increasing the retention rate.When the amount of titanium dioxide added to 80 kg/t,the opacity could reach 89.49%,but the negative effect of a sharp increase in the ash content to 7.60%needed to be watched out for.The economic analysis showed that the optimal cost performance of the titanium dioxide adding 50 kg/t scheme in the production of Bible paper.The research confirmed that the synergistic effect of filler type(titanium dioxide>light calcium carbonate>liquid calcium carbonate),filling process(adding before refining),and ash content control strategy was the key to optimizing the optical properties of paper.
