摘要
人才强档战略是中国式档案事业现代化发展的关键引擎。在系统分析动力机制内涵重塑方式与动力生成逻辑的基础上,构建“创新—实践—融合”三元驱动模型,并提出制度优化、平台建设与生态塑造三重保障体系,旨在为新时代档案事业的高质量发展提供理论支持与实践启示。
The talent-strong archival strategy is the key engine for the modernization development of Chinese archival undertakings.Based on a systematic analysis of connotation reshaping methods and dynamic generation logic of the dynamic mechanism,a“innovation-practice-integration”ternary driving model is constructed,and a triple guarantee system of institutional optimization,platform construction and ecological shaping is proposed,aiming to provide theoretical support and practical inspiration for the high-quality development of the archival undertakings in the new era.
