摘要
本文通过明晰档案室各项文化功能内涵,以安徽省疾病预防控制中心档案室为例,分析出当前档案室文化功能建设面临的室藏文化资源不足、文化建设资金匮乏、档案专业人才较少、信息化水平较低、文化服务对象局限等困境,探索档案室文化功能建设有效路径,包括拓展档案文化资源、设立建设专项资金、建立人才培养机制、构建档案信息化系统、丰富文化服务功能等,为安徽省疾病预防控制中心档案室文化功能建设提供参考。
This article takes the archives room of the Anhui Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention as an example by clarifying the connotation of various cultural functions of archives rooms,analyzes the current difficulties faced by the construction of archives cultural functions such as insufficient cultural resources,lack of cultural construction funds,fewer archives professionals,low informatization level,and limited cultural service objects.Explore effective ways to build archives cultural functions,including expanding archives cultural resources,setting up special funds for construction,establishing talent training mechanisms,building archives information systems,and enriching cultural service functions,which provides reference for the construction of cultural functions of the archives of Anhui Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention.
