摘要
                
                    车架作为汽车的主要承载部件,其性能直接关系到整车性能的好坏。以某混合动力底盘车架为研究对象,应用三维软件建立车架几何模型,通过ANSYS软件建立有限元模型。根据车辆的实际工况,选取满载弯曲、扭转、制动、启动、转向工况作为典型工况,进行分析仿真。求解典型工况下车架的应力情况和应变情况。
                
                As the main load-bearing component of a car,the performance of the frame directly affects the overall performance of the vehicle.Taking a hybrid chassis frame as the research object,a geometric model of the frame is established using 3D software,and a finite element model is established using ANSYS software.Based on the actual working conditions of the vehicle,select full load bending,twisting,braking,starting and steering conditions as typical working conditions for analysis and simulation.Calculate the stress and strain of the frame under typical operating conditions.
