摘要
侧移架是侧移式挖掘装载机在挖掘工作时重要的受力部件,其强度和刚度直接影响车辆的挖掘作业。针对侧移式挖掘装载机挖掘工作装置在回转时回转轴处发生异响的故障,进行分析研究。建立侧移架有限元模型,应用UG软件求解变形情况、应力大小和应力分布规律。结果表明:正是由于刚度不够,导致侧移架变形严重,从而导致挖掘工作装置回转时销轴咬死,发生异响。通过加焊筋板,增大板的横截面等方法提高了侧移架的刚度,与此同时侧移架的强度也随之提高。通过检验,有效解决了异响问题。
The offset frame is an important load part during digging operation of a backhoe loader with offset boom. Its strength and rigidity exert direct influences on the digging operation of the machine. There is an abnormal noise at the rotating shaft during the digging attachment swing of a backhoe loader with offset boom. In the analysis and research for that, finite element model is set up for the offset frame. Deformation conditions, stress values and stresses distribution are derived from with UG software. Results show that severe deformation occurs because of inadequate rigidity so that the shaft is seized during the attachment swing and an abnormal noise is generated. With the methods of welding additional stiffening plate and enlarging transverse section, rigidity of the offset frame is increased and so is its strength. The abnormal noise problem is solved effectively.
