摘要
矿用汽车车架作为矿用汽车主要的承载部件,受多种载荷作用,其强度直接影响整车寿命,因此对车架结构强度的分析研究是非常必要的。依据矿用汽车车架的受力特点,给出了进行车架强度有限元分析时载荷施加的处理方法,并选取三种典型工况对车架结构进行强度分析研究,应用有限元分析软件ANSYS求解得到各工况下车架的应力大小和应力分布规律。计算结果表明,车架在各工况下都能较好地满足设计和使用要求,结构稳定可靠。
As a main load bearing part,the vehicleframe of a mining truck is under the action of multiple loads so its strength directly influences the service life of basic vehicle.Therefore it is necessary to conduct analysis and rescarch on the frame structure and strength.According to load characteristics of mining truck frame, load treatment method is presented for finite element analysis of the frame strength and three typical work conditions are selected to analyze and research the frame structural strength.Applying finite element analysis software ANSYS,values and distribution regularity of theframe stresses under each work condition are derived.The calculation results show that the frame can meet design and operation requirements under each work condition satisfactorily and its structure is stable and reliable.
