摘要
特殊教育教师的成长与发展是教育强国目标下推进特殊教育高质量发展的基石。通过质性研究的方法,基于生命历程理论,对2010—2024年特教领域的15位“全国教书育人楷模”教师事迹进行梳理,发现其成长路径为:从不同原因下的个人发展视角选择结缘特教,经过钻研特教、热爱特教、深耕特教几个成长阶段,最终勇担社会责任,引领辐射区域特教发展。分析发现,特教楷模具有教育家精神特质,中国式特殊教育发展的大背景、重要他人以及个体的能动性是特教楷模成长的影响因素。
The growth and development of special education teachers is the cornerstone of promoting highquality development of special education under the goal of building a strong education country.Through the qualitative research method and based on the theory of life course,the stories of 15“national role models in teaching and educating”in the field of special education from 2010 to 2024 were sorted out.It is found that their growth path is to choose to associate with special education from the perspective of personal development under different reasons.After the growth phases of studying special education,loving special education and deeply cultivating special education,they finally take on social responsibilities and lead the development of special education in the radiation area.Analyses reveal that special education role models possess the spiritual traits of educators,and the background of the development of Chinese style special education,important others,and individual initiative are the influencing factors for their growth.
