教育家精神融入师范生师德教育的价值逻辑与实践 被引量:1

The Value Logic and Practice Path of Integrating the Spirit of Educators into the Education of Teacher Ethics for Normal Students

摘要 教育家精神是教育工作者在教育实践中涵养的高尚精神和道德品质,是教育家对教育事业的深刻理解和崇高追求的体现,具有丰富的伦理内涵。教育家精神融入师范生师德教育具有社会需求、教育传承、个人成长三个层面的逻辑基础,对于建立支撑教育强国的教师队伍、引领师资队伍正确的价值观念和激励师范生专业成长具有重要价值。师范生师德教育中融入教育家精神的实践,需要转变培养师范生的观念、营造适合培养教育家的环境、对标教育家的核心素养、发挥“互动-体验-反思”的协同作用。 The spirit of educators is the noble spirit and moral quality cultivated by educators in educational practice.It is a reflection of educators'profound understanding and noble pursuit of the education cause,and has rich ethical connotations.The integration of the spirit of educators into the education of teacher ethics for normal students has a logical foundation in three aspects:social needs,educational inheritance,and personal growth.It is of great value for establishing a teacher team that supports the development of an education powerhouse,guiding the correct values of the teacher team,and inspiring the professional growth of normal students.The practice of integrating the spirit of educators into the education of teacher ethics for normal students requires changing the concept of cultivating teacher students,creating an environment suitable for cultivating educators,benchmarking the core competencies of educators,and leveraging the synergistic effect of"interaction-experience-reflection".
