摘要
黄褐斑是一种好发于面部、出现局限性色素沉着的疾病,其病因与治疗手段丰富多样。本文通过泉方学术一站式检索系统查阅中国知网等数据库中近十年有关针灸治疗黄褐斑的文献,汇总、分析中医及针灸治疗黄褐斑的机理,并总结出临床常用于治疗黄褐斑的针灸治疗手段,介绍其治疗原理、特点及各种疗法之间的异同。现临床常用的治疗黄褐斑的针灸疗法主要包括毫针针刺、穴位埋线、针刀、穴位注射等,常用针灸结合其他治疗方式,如内服中药、外用药等对黄褐斑进行综合治疗,均可取得显著的临床疗效,对于黄褐斑的治疗和临床研究具有一定的指导与实践意义。
Chloasma is a disease that is prone to occur on the face and presents with localized pigmentation.Its etiology and treatment methods are diverse.Through the Quanfang Academic onestop search system,the article looked up the literature on the treatment of chloasma by acupuncture and moxibustion in the past 10 years in databases such as CNKl,summarized mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of chloasma,sorted out the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment methods commonly used in the clinical treatment of chloasma,and introduced its treatment principles,characteristics,and the similarities and differences between various treatments.Currently,the commonly used acupuncture and moxibustion treatments for chloasma mainly include filiform needle acupuncture,acupoint catgut embedding,akupotomye,and acupoint injection.The commonly used acupuncture and moxibustion,combined with other treatment methods such as oral Chinese medicine and topical medicine can achieve significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of chloasma,which has certain guidance and practical significance for the treatment and clinical research of chloasma.
