摘要
基于CiteSpace可视化文献计量分析,对近10年国内外医学教学管理研究进展进行全面回顾与梳理。发现国内医学教学管理信息化研究早于国外且存在一定的连贯性和发展性;我国重视医学教育及信息化建设;医学教育有总体方针政策引领,目的性强、集中性强、发展具有系统性;医学教学管理研究受政策方针影响较大。当前,高等医学院校应切实发挥教学管理的作用,以学生发展为中心,有组织地开展教学管理和教学研究,推动教学改革,逐步实现精准化、数智化、共享化,打造更加公平、更加包容、更加开放、更高质量、更有韧性的高等医学教育新生态。
This paper comprehensively gives reviews and combs the research progress of medical teaching management at home and abroad in recent 10 years based on the CiteSpace visual bibliometric analysis.It was found that the research on informationization of medical teaching management in China was earlier than those in abroad,and there is a certain degree of coherence and development in China attaches great importance to medical education and information technology construction.Medical education is being general principles and policies,with strong purpose,concentration and systematic development.The research on medical teaching management is greatly influenced by policy guidelines.At present,medical colleges should give practical play to the role of teaching manage ment,focus on student development,carry out teaching management and teaching research in an organized manner,promote teaching reform to gradually achieve precision,digital intelligence,sharing,and create a new ecology of higher medical education that is more fair,more inclusive,more opening,higher-quality,and more resilient.
