摘要
推进新工科、新医科、新农科、新文科建设,已成为走好中国高等教育跨学科人才自主培养之路的重要战略布局。文章运用系统性文献综述法,按照既定的程序对2018年以来与跨学科人才培养紧密相关的109篇文献进行编码并分析,旨在探索“四新”建设背景下跨学科人才培养的体系化认知及其可能路径。研究表明:跨学科人才培养目标的素养结构具有较为统一的认识,但在不同交叉学科专业、不同培养层次存在明显差异;跨学科人才培养方式主要集中在建立跨学科专业、跨学科课程体系、跨学科研究项目三个方面;跨学科人才培养需要系统的支持体系,包括具备跨学科素养的师资、跨学科的组织建制等;跨学科人才培养需要构建科学合理、系统规范、切实可行的管理与评价机制。面向未来,围绕“四新”建设的跨学科人才培养需要从精准定向、深度融合、完善建制、以评促教四个方面协同推进,以期为我国高校学科、专业、课程一体化发展提供理论支撑。
Promoting the development of New Engineering,New Medicine,New Agriculture,and New Liberal Arts has become an important strategic framework for the self-reliant cultivation of interdisciplinary talents in Chinese higher education.This systematic literature review encodes and analyzes 109 relevant publications since 2018 according to established procedures,aiming to explore the systematic cognition and possible paths of interdisciplinary talent cultivation under the background of the“Four New Disciplines”Initiative.The research has yield four principal findings:While consensus exists regarding the literacy structure of interdisciplinary talent training objectives,significant variations emerge across different interdisciplinary specialties and educational levels;Current cultivation approaches primarily focus on establishing interdisciplinary programs,curriculum systems,and research projects;Effective implementation requires comprehensive support systems including faculty with interdisciplinary competencies and corresponding organizational structures;Interdisciplinary talent cultivation requires scientifically sound,systematically standardized,and practically feasible management and evaluation mechanisms.Looking forward,interdisciplinary talent cultivation aligned with the“Four New Disciplines”Initiative demands coordinated advancement through four dimensions:targeted specialization,deep integration,institutional refinement,and evaluation-driven improvement,thereby providing theoretical foundations for the holistic development of disciplines,programs,and curricula in Chinese higher education institutions.
