摘要
目的基于CiteSpace对肺癌与铁死亡相关研究进行文献可视化分析,探讨2015年1月至2024年6月该领域的研究热点及发展趋势。方法基于Web of Science核心数据库,利用CiteSpace分析软件对2015—2024年发表的肺癌铁死亡相关文献进行文献计量学统计及可视化分析,对发表文献年度、作者、国家/地区、机构和关键词等进行可视化分析,并对关键词进行共现分析、聚类分析和时区演化分析。结果共纳入763篇肺癌铁死亡相关文献,可视化分析结果显示,该领域发文量呈逐年上升趋势,发文量最多的机构是复旦大学。关键词共现分析显示,前3名的高频关键词是“肺癌”“细胞死亡”“癌症”。关键词聚类分析表明有10个有效聚类。关键词时区图分析显示“天然产物”“铁死亡诱导剂”“联合治疗”是肺癌铁死亡领域近年来关注和发展的热点。结论铁死亡在肺癌治疗方面有巨大的潜力,通过文献计量分析天然产物、脂肪酸氧化、铁死亡诱导剂是当前肺癌铁死亡研究领域的热点,可为肺癌治疗提供新的思路。
Objective To visually analyze literatures on lung cancer and ferroptosis from January 2015 to June 2024,and discuss the research hot spots and development trend in the field.Methods Based on database of Web of Science,bibliometric and visual map analysis of literatures on lung cancer and ferroptosis from 2015 to 2024 was performed by using CiteSpace software.The publication year,authors,countries/regions,institutes and keywords of the literatures were visually analyzed,and the knowledge maps of keyword co-occurrence,keyword clustering and keyword time zone were drawn.Results A total of 763 literatures were enrolled.The visual analysis showed that the annual publication number is increasing year by year in the field.with Fudan University being the institution with the most publications.The top 3 frequent keywords were‘lung cancer’‘cell death’and‘cancer’.The keywords were clustered into 10 categories.The time zone analysis of the keywords showed that the research and develop hot spots focused on‘natural products’‘ferroptosis inducers’,and‘combined therapies’.Conclusions Ferroptosis has great potential in the treatment of lung cancer.New therapy targets might be found via research on natural products,fatty acid oxidation and ferroptosis inducers,so as to provide novel treatment strategies for lung cancer.
