摘要
目的:对视疲劳诊疗领域的发文信息进行可视化分析,探讨该领域的研究现状和热点,并指出未来潜在的研究方向。方法:文献计量学分析法。使用Web of Science数据库,通过特定的检索策略,收集2005—2024年间与视疲劳相关的2028篇文献。使用R语言和VOS-viewer对作者、国家、机构及关键词等绘制可视化图谱并进行分析。结果:视疲劳研究的发文量在过去20年间呈现上升趋势,特别是在2015年之后,增长速度加快。中国在该领域的研究发文量位居首位,与多个国家有合作关系。在视疲劳研究机构中,中国科学院表现突出,与清华大学、复旦大学等有密切合作。视疲劳研究领域的高产作者和高被引文献的研究内容主要集中在3D显示技术、视觉性能以及电子屏幕对眼的影响等方面。关键词共现分析揭示了以“visual fatigue”为中心的研究热点,包括“asthenopia”“accommodation”“computer vision syndrome”等。关键词分析展示了当前视疲劳领域的研究主要集中在3D显示技术对视疲劳的影响。结论:近20年的视疲劳领域研究中,发文量最多的国家是中国,发文作者与发文机构均列于前位,且与其他国家机构合作较多。未来研究的潜在方向可为进一步探索3D显示技术对视疲劳的影响,以及如何设计更符合人眼生理特性的显示技术。
Objective:This study employs bibliometric analysis to visualize the published literature on visual fatigue,including its diagnosis and treatment.It explores the current research trends and hotspots in this field and identifies potential future research directions.Methods:This study used the Web of Science database,through a specific search strategy,to collect 2,028 articles related to visual fatigue from 2005 to 2024.R software and VOSviewer were used to generate visual maps of authors,countries,institutions,and keywords for analysis.Results:The number of publications on visual fatigue research had shown an upward trend over the past 20 years,especially after 2015,when the growth rate accelerated.China ranked first in the number of publications in this field and had cooperative relationships with many countries.Among the institutions studying visual fatigue,the Chinese Academy of Sciences was particularly prominent,showing close cooperation with Tsinghua University,Fudan University,and others.This paper also conducted a visualized analysis of prolific authors and highly cited literature in the field of visual fatigue research,with the main content focusing on 3D display technology,visual performance,and the impact of electronic screens on the eyes,among other aspects.Keyword co-occurrence analysis revealed research hotspots centering on"visual fatigue",including"asthenopia","accommodation","computer vision syndrome".Keyword analysis showed that current research in the field of visual fatigue mainly focuses on the impact of 3D display technology on visual fatigue.Conclusions:In the past 20 years of research in the field of visual fatigue,China has the highest number of publications,and the authors and institutions are ranked at the top,and have extensive cooperation with other national institutions.Based on the above analysis results,this paper provides new research ideas and methods for the diagnosis and treatment of visual fatigue,and highlighting potential direction of future research.This paper further explores the impact of 3D display technology on visual fatigue and explores strategies for designing display systems that better align with the physiological characteristics of the human visual system.
