摘要
目的:建立基于微波消解-原子荧光光度法测定食品中锡含量的方法。方法:采用微波消解处理样品,以硝酸-过氧化氢为消解体系,在最佳实验条件下运用原子荧光光度计进行检测。结果:锡在20.0~400.0μg·L^(-1)线性关系良好,方法检出限和定量限分别为0.07μg·L^(-1)和0.24μg·L^(-1),精密度相对标准偏差为0.10%,加标回收率在95.02%~98.22%,实际样品检测表明该方法具有良好的可行性。结论:微波消解-原子荧光光度法操作简便、灵敏度高且结果准确可靠,适用于食品中锡含量的测定。
Objective:To establish a method for determining tin content in food based on microwave digestion atomic fluorescence spectrometry.Method:Microwave digestion was used to treat the sample,and nitric acid hydrogen peroxide was used as the digestion system.Atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer was used for detection under the optimal experimental conditions.Result:Tin showed a good linear relationship between 20.0~400.0μg·L^(-1).The detection limit and quantification limit of the method were 0.07μg·L^(-1) and 0.24μg·L^(-1),respectively.The relative standard deviation of precision was 0.10%,and the recovery rate was 95.02%~98.22%.Actual sample testing showed that the method has good feasibility.Conclusion:Microwave digestion atomic fluorescence spectrometry is easy to operate,has high sensitivity,and accurate and reliable results,making it suitable for the determination of tin content in food.
