摘要
基于硝酸-盐酸-氢氟酸消解体系,建立了超级微波消解-电感耦合离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法同时测定污泥制砖中11种重金属含量分析方法。在超级微波消解的过程中,分别考察6种不同组合的混合酸体系及两种消解方法对污泥制砖中Cr、Mn、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Cd、Sb、Ba、Pb等11种重金属测试结果的影响。实验结果表明,硝酸-盐酸-氢氟酸(2.1∶0.7∶0.5)混酸体系和超级微波消解对样品进行前处理优于其他方法。在优化条件下,11种重金属加标回收率为(84.4-106.5)%,相对标准偏差为(5.2-12.1)%(n=6),检出限为(0.003-0.068)mg/kg。方法高效、快速、准确,结果可靠,适合污泥制砖中11种重金属元素的同时测定。
A method using a nitric acid-hydrochloric acid-hydrofluoric acid digestion system with super microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)has been developed for the simultaneous analysis of 11 heavy metals in sludge-derived bricks.During the super microwave digestion,the study examined the impact of six various mixed acid systems and two digestion methods on the test results of the 11 heavy metals:Cr,Mn,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,As,Cd,Sb,Ba,and Pb,in sludge-derived bricks.The experimental results indicate that the mixed acid system of nitric acid,hydrochloric acid,hydrofluoric acid(2.1∶0.7∶0.5)and super microwave digestion offer superior sample pretreatment compared to other techniques.Under the optimized conditions,the recoveries of the 11 heavy metal spikes ranged from(84.4-106.5)%,with relative standard deviations of(5.2-12.1)%(n=6),and the detection limit was(0.003-0.068)mg/kg.This method is highly efficient,rapid,accurate,and reliable,making it suitable for the simultaneous determination of 11 heavy metals in sludge-derived bricks.
