摘要 目的 对食品中总锡的微波消解-原子荧光光度法进行分析研究,并比较两个不同品牌仪器实验条件差异情况。方法 样品经微波消解前处理,以硫酸溶液为载流,硼氢化钠溶液为还原剂,采用原子荧光光谱法测定锡元素。结果 在0~200 ng/mL浓度范围内,锡元素线性良好,方法检出限均为0.2 mg/kg,相关系数(r)均>0.995。三个不同浓度锡的添加水平的加标回收率在95.2%~103.8%之间,相对标准偏差均<5%。分析测定了Fapas蔬菜泥、果汁和婴幼儿配方奶粉等质控样品,结果在参考范围内。结论 方法简单、准确、精密度高,适用于食品中锡的分析,将为食品中锡的分析测定提供参考依据,为食品安全风险评估提供支持。 Objective The determination of total tin in food by microwave digestion-atomic fluorescence spectrometry was studied,and the difference of experimental conditions between two brands of instruments was compared.Methods After the samples were digested by microwave,sulfuric acid was used as current carrying and sodium borohydride solution was used as reducing agent.The tin was detected by atomic fluorescence spectrometry.Results The calibration curves were linear in the concentration range of 0-200 ng/mL,with correlation coefficient(r)﹥0.995 and the limits of detection were 0.2 mg/kg.The recoveries of three concentrations of tin ranged from 95.2%to 103.8%,with the relative standard deviation less than 5%.The quality control samples for the vegetable mud,fruit juice and infant formula of Fapas were detected,and the result were within the range of the indicative value.Conclusions This method is simple,accurate,high precision,suitable for determination of tin in food,which provides reference basis for the determination of tin in food and supports the food safety risk assessment.
