摘要
我国北方地区以平原为主,风能资源较为丰富,具有开发风力发电项目的潜力。以吉林省白城市大安市风力发电项目为研究对象,通过对项目的道路工程、风机基础工程、风机吊装工程和集电线路工程进行工程模块化分解,测算各模块单位工程的直接成本;基于项目规模及施工组织设计,明确项目资源配置并测算间接成本,将直接成本与间接成本进行整合分析,得到项目施工成本模块化测算结果。
The northern region of China was mainly plain,with abundant wind energy resources,which had the potential to develop wind power generation projects.The Da'an Baicheng City,Jilin Province wind power generation project was taken as a case study in this paper.The direct cost of each module was calculated by the modular decomposition of the unit engineering of the road engineering,wind turbine foundation engineering,wind turbine hoisting engineering and collecting power lines engineering.Based on the project scale and construction organisation design,the allocation of project resources was clarified.After that,the indirect cost of the project was calculated.Finally,the direct and indirect costs were integrated to obtain the project construction cost via modular calculation.
