新能源发电为主电源的独立微网多目标优化调度模型和算法 被引量:33

Multi-objective Optimal Dispatch Model and Its Algorithm in Isolated Microgrid With Renewable Energy Generation as Main Power Supply

摘要 提出了以新能源发电为主电源的独立微网多目标日前优化调度模型。该模型包括分级分类的用户需求响应和负荷控制机制,并考虑了需求响应的随机性。然后提出了与自适应加权和算法相结合的近似动态规划算法求解该优化问题。在算例中建立了可再生能源渗透率100%的巴基斯坦独立微网模型。在不同的日运行模式下调度结果验证了文中提出的模型和算法的有效性。它们能较好地满足以新能源发电为主电源的独立微网日前调度需求。面对实际运行中电源、负荷和需求响应的不确定性,该文采用的随机优化算法能得出适应性较强的日前调度方案,并且优化效果优于确定性动态规划算法。 For isolated microgrid with renewable generators as main power supply,a multi-objective day-ahead optimal dispatch model is proposed in this paper.The dispatch model includes layered user demand response and load control mechanism,considering randomness in demand response.Then an approximate dynamic programming algorithm with adaptive weighted-sum is proposed to solve the optimization problem.In a case study,a Pakistani isolated microgrid model with 100%renewable energy penetration is built.The dispatch results verify effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm under different daily operation modes.And they can meet day-ahead dispatch demand for renewable generation based isolated microgrid.The dispatch schemes resulting from the proposed stochastic optimization algorithm are very adaptive to uncertainty of generation,load and demand response in practical operation.The optimal performance of the proposed algorithm is superior to deterministic dynamic programming algorithm.
