摘要
污水厂项目中的构筑物具有埋深较大且后期维护成本高等特点,所涉及的基坑开挖是工程安全和质量中关键的一环。本文依托福州某污水处理厂EPC项目,基坑围护采用三轴水泥土搅拌桩重力式挡墙。结合现场实际施工流程,本文分析总结了三轴搅拌桩的施工技术要点,包括影响三轴搅拌基坑支护施工质量的多种因素、搅拌机钻入与提升速度等施工参数等。本工程已顺利实施完毕,围护结构质量控制在规范要求范围内,实践表明三轴水泥土搅拌桩具有止水效果好、施工工期短、费用降低以及施工便捷等优点,为同类型污水处理厂基坑支护工程应用提供借鉴与参考价值。
The structures in the sewage treatment plant project have the characteristics of large burial depth and high maintenance costs in the later stage,and the excavation of the foundation pit involved is a key link in engineering safety and quality.This article is based on the EPC project of a sewage treatment plant in Fuzhou.The foundation pit enclosure adopts a three-axis cement soil mixing pile gravity retaining wall.Based on the actual construction process on site,this article analyzes and summarizes the key construction techniques of three-axis mixing piles,including various factors that affect the construction quality of triaxial mixing foundation pit support and construction parameters such as the drilling and lifting speed of the mixer,etc.This project has been successfully implemented,and the quality control of the enclosure structure is within the specified range.Practice has shown that the triaxial cement soil mixing pile has advantages such as good water stopping effect,short construction period,cost reduction,and convenient construction.It provides reference value for the application of foundation pit support engineering in similar sewage treatment plants.
